Limited to just over 700 bottles (711, to be precise), the Bowmore Signatory is a bottle we think is going to significantly pick up in value in quite a short period of time.
The tasting notes read like a dessert menu, but the whisky still retains that smoky Islay peat undercurrent.
It was bottled in 2007, which makes it a 17 year-old (the age of whisky is the length of time it spent in wood, and once it’s in a bottle that number stops increasing). It’s available at the time of writing, but with its limited numbers, we don’t expect that’ll be the case for too terribly long.
Worth getting hold of if you can.
