Seeing it being made here is so cool. I'm going to buy a bottle for my boyfriend... and maybe he'll take the hint and one day we'll get to visit. Hope we get to meet Willie when we do - he's so lovely! I don’t like very much whiskey/whisky (and I’ve even been known to put coke in it – sorry!) but I do really like Isle of Jura. Getting the process explained like that by such an amazing expert and seeing it all in front of you is superb.
